Inspiring Ideas for the Teaching & Learning of Law
MULTI-STAGE SIMULATIONS
Professor John Lande, University of Missouri School of Law, has been including multi-stage simulations in his courses with fabulous results. He, along with several of his colleagues doing similar classroom exercises, have created a new section on the Dispute Resolution in Legal Education (DLRE) website devoted to multi-stage simulations http://law.missouri.edu/drle/teaching_materials.html#multistage. if you use a multi-stage simulation in your course, Professor Lande invites you to write up your description and post on the website. The following instructors have generously shared their simulations. If you want to get their materials or advice, please get in touch with them using the emails in each document.
